Supporting Students In Remembrance of Remy

Grand Canyon University is proud to offer a scholarship in honor of Remy Velarde. During his time on campus Remy made a major impact on the GCU community in a variety of ways. In the classroom Remy's creativity inspired students, staff and faculty to value the beautiful details that exist in all areas of life. On the volleyball courts Remy's encouraging personality uplifted the spirits of everyone he encountered. GCU is grateful for the legacy Remy Velarde left on our campus and hope that you will consider remembering his legacy by supporting the students he loved so well.
